We retail to private shoppers and buyers wanting to buy home furnishings, home textiles, jewelry and clothing for their own home and personal use; we wholesale & private label to importers, exporters, suppliers, commercial buyers, and interior designers wanting to buy in bulk for a retail chain, resort etc. 

We offer Private Label Services and Wholesale Services to commercial & retail buyers and shop owners.

We Accept Payment using a credit card / Indonesian Local Bank . We utilize the services of a secure payment provider and gateway system to safeguard online payments.

We normally process your order asap but no later than 2-3 days after payment has been received.

You will receive an email on confirmation of order placement, to let you know that your order is being processed/filled and packed to ship, and a confirmation of shipment of your package including a tracking number. 

To help you keep track of your orders, we have a fully automated Track My Order app for you to use to keep track of your order in shipment. The aim of the Track My Order app is to make the order tracking process more transparent and accurate. You simply need to input your tracking number.

The time a package takes to get to you depends on your location, but normally a few months. From the moment your order has been confirmed by Murukaka and our countdown has finished, your order will move into production.

It takes us up to 3-4 weeks to complete a hand-made order from our providers. Once your order is made, checked and ready to be sent, it takes up to 1-3 weeks to deliver the products to your door (Overseas) and 1weeks (Indonesia).

Due to the custom nature of our manufacturing process, all completion and delivery dates are estimates only.

You can return an item physically to our store, or use our Online Returns Centre to process the return. The aim of the Online Returns Centre is to make the returns process, the status, and the communication between all of us much better. Please initiate all returns via our Online Returns Centre.

Yes! Just contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible and they will assist you with any necessary changes, as long as the production process has not been implemented you can still make changes.

The photos on the site are as accurate as possible. However, the color of your actual order may vary slightly due to different monitor settings.

Currently we can ship to all islands in Indonesia and Southeast Asia with different Expedition costs.  All prices we list do not include Expedition fees so please contact us for shipping costs to your home.

After your ordered furniture arrives at the place, and before the expedition driver leaves your place, please carefully examine the overall condition of the ordered goods.

If there is a broken glass or something is broken, immediately notify the driver, because the condition of the damage during the journey is the responsibility of the Cargo Expedition.

Many of our products come with a warranty to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. Specific details can be found on the product page of each item.

The basic warranty does not apply if the merchandise is damaged due to misuse, negligence or accident, has been moved, repaired or tampered with, sold “as is”, or used for commercial purposes. We do not guarantee the fabric against wear, fading, color fastness or any damage caused by the cleaning process.
